Application Process

Always use PVC primer first for pressure-rated joints. Apply cement to both primed surfaces. Insert pipe into fitting with quarter-turn twist. Hold for 30 seconds. Allow 2-hour cure before pressure testing.

Best Practices

Dry-fit all connections before cementing to verify alignment. Work in temperatures above 40°F for proper cure. Avoid disturbing joints during cure time. For buried lines, allow 24-hour cure before backfilling.
