When to Use This Fitting

Choose the street elbow over a standard elbow when space is limited. Because it threads directly into a female fitting without needing a nipple or coupling in between, it reduces the overall length of the connection by roughly 2 inches. This makes it the preferred fitting when the spillway is recessed into a wall or when plumbing space behind the feature is tight.

Installation

Apply Teflon tape to the MPT threads and hand-tighten into the spillway, then snug with a wrench — avoid overtightening PVC threads. For the slip end, use PVC primer and cement for a permanent bond. Dry-fit all connections before cementing to verify the direction of your pipe run. Sold separately from Vianti Falls kits.
