Carry Pumps
Super High Volume Submersible pumps
All Stainless Steel Construction
These high volume, low head pumps are truly in a class of their own! All pumps feature Axial-flow lift for smooth, low vibration, low pressure operation. Ideal pumps for large scale recirculation systems, dewatering, high volume water transfer and large waterfalls. All pumps are available in single and three phase and are available with a variety of options including automatic on/off, alarm activation, delayed start and more. Prices are for 230 volt, single phase pumps, please call for pricing on all others.
Unlike regular centrifugal pumps which can be valved back to reduce the flow, Axial-flow pumps need to be able to get rid of all the water they can produce. It is for this reason that it is important to use the correct size
plumbing and to never valve back the pump. Please refer to the minimum pipe size column in the chart below for correct plumbing size.
Several models of Carry pumps have multiple impellers to choose from.Larger impellers produce higher flow rates but have less feet of head limits. The same pump with a smaller impeller provides less water flow but can push it to higher limits. Carry Axial-flow pumps have no minimum head pressure unlike most submersible pumps. Their unique design makes them ideal for low head applications. Prices shown at left are for 230v, single phase, horizontal style mount pumps. When ordering vertical style 230v single
phase be sure to add a “V” after part number. For 1/2 to 3 HP vertical add $125.00; for 5 to 15 HP vertical add $200.00. Horizontal pumps are used typically for “in-pond” applications. Vertical styles are used in “water-well” applications.
