Product Description

Secret To Pond Excellence

Windmill Pond Aerator is an excellent idea if you live in a place where it would be difficult to connect the aerators to the electricity. In the case of a regular aerator, you would have to pay the utility costs, which could be as high as $50 per month. It means that with time, Windmill Pond Aerator will start paying for itself!

The new models of windmills that we offer have several advantages over their predecessors:

  • It can pump up to 3 CFM of air in low winds - up to 4.5 CFM in 15+ MPH wind
  • Assembly process is quick and very simple
  • A new design of the blades with rounded edges for improved air-flow
  • Larger diaphragm and check valves for improved airflow
  • Patent-pending technology increases the longevity of the bearing
  • Can operate in winds as low as 3 MPH
  • 1 20' Windmill with the patent-pending "BalCam II" Technology with stainless steel elements
  • 1 roll of non-weighted 100' airline
  • 1 air stone
  • 1 set of pivot points for easier maintenance
  • 1 hose connector packs

You won’t find a kit with this much air and this many accessories for the same price! Highly recommended for 1-acre ponds.

  • Diffuser
  • 100ft. poly tubing (you can upgrade to weighted tubing for $145.00)

Windmill Pond Aerators

Operation  It can aerate without electricity in winds as low as 3 MPH. One system can aerate ponds 2-3 acres in size. If you need to aerate a larger pond, you can utilize additional systems. If you intend to aerate a wider or shallower pond, you can use one system, though it is recommended to use several airstones to disperse the oxygen more efficiently. With the OWS Selector valves, you can regulate the oxygen to each airstone.

"BalCam" Technology -  A single diaphragm is capable of producing much more air thanks to this patent-pending technology, using a balanced camshaft system. A straight camshaft can balance the workload on 3 sealed bearings, which significantly increases their lifespan.

Manufacturing - The product is manufactured in the USA with top quality 18 gauge galvanized steel to our newly engineered design specs.  Each piece is cut to order, and the system is assembled in the Outdoor Water Solutions facility.

Assembly - Windmills are designed to make the assembly process simpler with oval holes for quick alignment and rounded corners to increase safety when working with steel.

Angle Cut Blades - Designed to operate even with winds as low as 3 MPH. The blades are longer than in the case of different models available on the market to catch more wind.  Total head width is 73", which makes it the largest head currently on the market!

One Piece Hub Assembly - The number of parts that need to be assembled is kept to a minimum, which makes the assembly quicker, and makes the maintenance easier. The one-piece hub uses two locking collars and a through bolt at the end of the compressor shaft. The head can be installed on the shaft in several minutes, and it will stay put.  Squeeze clamps are often used by other companies, which unfortunately can take over an hour to install and can loosen over time.

Larger Compressor 1/2" Piston Stroke and 10" Diaphragm - Designed to produce the air efficiently, and increase the lifespan of a compressor.  Can run up to 3 different diffusers aerating bodies of water from 1/4 acre up to 3 acres in size.

Self-governing Heat and Tail fin design  - This special design of tail fin is meant to capture the maximum air and is designed to turn out of excessive winds to avoid any damages to the windmill.

3-Sided Tower Design - The three-sided tower makes it easier to lower and raise the windmill if you need to service or repair it. On top of that, you only need 3 ground and mounting locations. Available in 12', 16' and 20' heights.

Secure Locking Mechanism - Makes it possible for the windmill head to be attached securely to the shaft.

5-Year Warranty - The compressor is covered over major mechanical defects inside for a full five years from the date of purchase.  Other parts of the windmill are covered for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase against defects in workmanship or materials.
