1. Who is Living Water
Aeration
Living Water Aeration is one of the largest distributors of pond
aeration equipment and pond fountains in the country. An offshoot of
Shepherds Sportfish Fish Hatchery in Maurice, LA, we have more then
text book understanding of how this equipment works, we have actual
hands on experience since 1989. We have a large inventory of products
on our website as well as close relationships with several large
suppliers, chances are if the product can be used in ponds or lakes we
can find it for you. Our expertise is in pond & lake aeration
and pond water quality, if you have any questions related to aeration

2. What is Your Return
Policy?
At Living Water Aeration we will gladly accept returns within 30 days
of your original purchase. You will be refunded the amount of your
original purchase minus a 10% restocking fee. If you wish to return
equipment within the first 30 days it must be in its original packaging
and in resalable condition. All items submitted for return must
unopened and unused. If you wish to return an item please contact us
for a Return Authorization and return it to us at your expense. Any
products received without a return authorization will not be accepted.
Returns will not be accepted on items more than 30 days after purchase.
After the the 30 day return period, products that are defective or
broken are covered by the manufacturer under the terms of their
warranty. If you have questions about the terms or conditions of the

3. How long will it take
to get my items?
All items ship within 24 to 48 hours from the time of purchase
excluding weekends. We strive to get all orders out of the door as fast
as possible. If you need to know if your products can ship the same day
your order is placed please contact us and we will do our best to meet
your needs.
Nearly all packages sent from Living Water Aeration will be delivered
via UPS ground (unless expedited shipping is selected). Most packages
will take between 1-5 business days in transit depending on your
location. When your package ships you should receive a tracking number
that will help you to know exactly when to expect your package.
4. What Methods of Payment do you Accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit cards.
Additionally, we accept PayPal payments with confirmed addresses.
Occasionally we have customers that need to pay with a check or money
order, we can arrange to accept this type of payment, however our
policy is not ship out any products until your payment has cleared.
5. Do you have a low price guarantee?
Yes. If you find a lower price on an identical in stock item from one
of our competitors we will gladly meet or beat their complete price
(including shipping and handling charges). Please call us toll free at

match. We will not only match the price. We will beat it by 5%.
Price match items must be in stock and be the identical items. Price
match requests must be received before your order is placed in order to
be honored. Living Water Aeration will not match prices on used,
refurbished, clearance equipment or prices from online auction websites
or sites liquidating merchandise. Living Water Aeration also reserves
the right to refuse any price match if we believe that the item may
violate any of these aforementioned conditions. Living Water Aeration
is also not responsible for and may not honor orders with pricing,
typographical, or photographic errors.
6. Will You Ship Products
Internationally?
If you need an order shipped overseas we are willing to work with you.
We will gladly ship to APO’s, Australia, and UK via the
United States Postal Service, UPS or DHL.
For International orders we will only accept payment via Bank Transfers.
